R. Mohamad Asif is a dynamic entrepreneur, industry leader, and committed contributor to the social and economic development of Palakkad, Kerala. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering from PSG College of Technology, Coimbatore—one of India’s premier engineering institutions. In 2017, he co-founded Plastbee Polymers in Kanjikode, Palakkad, where he successfully built the brand Skywell, establishing a strong footprint in Kerala’s hardware and plumbing market. Demonstrating his commitment to industrial growth and leadership, he joined both the Kanjikode Industries Forum (KIF) and the Palghat Management Association (PMA) in the same year. He currently serves as the Joint Secretary of KIF (2024–2026), representing more than 700 corporate and public sector enterprises, and as the Secretary of PMA for the term 2024–2025. Mr. Asif is deeply engaged in social responsibility initiatives, actively participating in numerous welfare activities in collaboration with government bodies as well as through private initiatives. He also played a key role in the preparation of the Palakkad Vision 2030 document, which received widespread appreciation from central and state ministers, Members of Parliament, MLAs, and senior bureaucrats. As Secretary of PMA, he introduced the innovative “Coffee with Policymakers” series—an initiative designed to foster meaningful dialogue between industry leaders and policymakers. The program has hosted distinguished guests including Palakkad MP V. K. Sreekandan, Industries Minister P. Rajeev, the Municipal Chairman, and District Collector G. Priyanka, IAS. Committed to nurturing youth and innovation, Mr. Asif sponsored five interns under the District Collector’s Internship Program and continues to actively engage with schools and colleges to promote entrepreneurship awareness among students. In 2023, he founded Jezt Technologies Pvt. Ltd., headquartered at Kerala Startup Mission, Kochi. With a team of 22 professionals, the company focuses on delivering affordable AI-driven solutions to empower businesses and society. Jezt Technologies has successfully implemented its AI solutions for the UAE Parliament’s Federal National Council (FNC) and serves as the official AI partner for SIS Technologies, the fourth-largest private manpower provider in India
